Absolutely perfect and made our 20 year wedding anniversary an amazing experience. The exceptional view, location, and scenery enhanced by the quality of the room and the professional, friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, actually the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten. My suitcase had a mishap at check-in and it was replaced by the hotel, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well.

The location of this hotel is perfect, away from the insanity of the more popular areas like Oia and Fira, but still close enough to easily visit. You also have easy access to the winery at Estate Argyros, which is a great experience. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to the restaurants in the caldera, so you have plenty of options for dining. No matter where you want to go on the island, the hotel staff is always ready to arrange transportation for you.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of English-speaking channels on the TV. It's a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice to have that option in a luxury hotel.
